I’m a Senior Instructional Designer with a Doctorate in Instructional Design and Technology and 15+ years of experience designing engaging, performance-focused learning solutions. My background spans government, defense, aviation, and higher education environments.

 

I lead projects end-to-end using the ADDIE framework, translating complex content into clear, learner-centered experiences. I’m experienced with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, and LMS platforms, and bring a strong focus on quality assurance and technical writing.

 

I also leverage AI tools to streamline design, prototyping, and assessment development while ensuring accessibility in line with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
